The Piraeus Tower, a landmark development, represents a major step in the urban regeneration of the Piraeus port area. Designed by PILA Studio, BETAPLAN, and ASPA KST, and constructed by GEK TERNA, the project reactivates one of the city’s most iconic high-rise structures with a contemporary architectural identity and a strong emphasis on sustainability and digital integration.

EB/Architects participated as Architectural Consultants during the construction phase, contributing their expertise in advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies. Their scope of services included the refinement of BIM models to the appropriate Level of Detail (LOD) required for construction, support for spatial coordination across disciplines, and the production of shop drawings and comprehensive as-built documentation. EB/Architects also facilitated the integration of BIM data with budget and scheduling systems, ensuring alignment between design development and construction execution.

In addition, EB/Architects implemented a comprehensive Asset Information Management strategy, incorporating COBie standards to support the long-term operation and maintenance of the building. Through the application of precision-driven digital workflows and collaborative coordination processes, EB/Architects contributed to the successful realization of the Piraeus Tower—an emblematic project where innovation meets architectural excellence.
